We are excited to create something amazing with you.

Before your session, please take a moment to review our booking guidelines to ensure everything goes smoothly:

📌 Important Booking Rules

NO DEPOSIT = NO BOOKING

Your session is only confirmed once your deposit is received. No exceptions.

📍 Studio Location:
All shoots take place at our York, NorthYorkshire Studio unless otherwise arranged.

🏠 For Home Service Shoots:
We do not bring backdrops or studio props for home sessions. We are only coming with our lighting.

Please have your setup ready—however, we're happy to help arrange and work with your existing decorations.

💳 Payments:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot.
All payments made to Seun Adewole Studio, including booking fees, deposits, installments, and final payments are non-refundable.
The Studio reserves the date and time exclusively for each client and may decline other bookings once a reservation is confirmed.
Clients who choose to cancel their booking for any reason will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid.
Where possible, the Studio may, at its sole discretion, offer a rescheduled date subject to availability.

⏳ Turnaround Time:

You’ll receive watermarked proof images within 7–24 hours after your session for selection.

Once your favorites are selected, your final edited images will be ready within 10–14 days
Events: 3–6 weeks
Weddings: 6–12 weeks
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by workload, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
RAW files, unedited images, project files, and source video footage remain the property of the Studio and will not be supplied unless otherwise agreed in writing.

📸 Extras:
Want more photos edited? Just let us know and we’ll send you a quote for the additional edits. Please note that this may slightly extend the delivery timeline, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

🕒 Time & Rescheduling

Lateness Fee:

A £10 fee applies for every 15 minutes of lateness.
Being late will also reduce your session time.

Rescheduling:

A £30 rescheduling fee applies each time you reschedule.
Please do not call to reschedule when you are already running late, this will result in losing your deposit.
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing.
The Studio will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date but cannot guarantee availability.
Rescheduling requests are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
Only one complimentary reschedule may be granted at the Studio's discretion.

No-Shows/Cancellations:

Cancel or reschedule at least 5 days in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations = loss of deposit

Photographer/Videographer Availability

In the unlikely event that the Studio is unable to perform the contracted services due to illness, injury, emergency, accident, death in the family, government restrictions, severe weather, equipment failure beyond reasonable control, or any other unforeseen circumstance:
The Studio will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement photographer or videographer.
If a replacement cannot be arranged, the Studio's liability shall be limited to the return of payments received for the unperformed services.
The Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, emotional, or financial losses arising from such cancellation.

Punctuality Policy:

Clients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled shoot. Please account for traffic and possible delays when planning your arrival. Arriving early is strongly recommended. Late arrival will result in a shortened session, and the full session fee remains due. Extensions are not guaranteed and will only be provided if the photographer’s schedule allows, and may require an additional fee.

Refund & Editing Policy:

Once the shoot has been completed and the remaining balance is paid, no refunds of any kind will be issued, as services have already been rendered.
After all edited photos have been delivered, we do not re-edit from scratch work that has already been completed. We always put our best creative effort into every image and deliver in our own signature style. While we’re happy to make minor adjustment requests when reasonable, we do not replicate or imitate another photographer’s editing style.

Creative Style & Artistic Control

The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the Studio's portfolio and understand the artistic style of the Studio.

The Studio retains full creative control regarding:

Shooting style
Lighting
Editing
Colour grading
Image selection
Video editing techniques

Dissatisfaction with artistic style shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

🎨 What to Expect

Makeup & Outfit:

The Client is expected to:

Please arrive camera-ready. That includes full makeup and First outfit already on.
Arrive on time
Obtain necessary permissions from venues
Ensure participants cooperate during the session
Provide accurate information regarding locations and schedules

The Studio shall not be responsible for missed moments caused by delays, restrictions, or lack of cooperation.

Props:
We have Limited Props we use but feel free to bring your own if you are specific about the prop you want in your images!

All photographs, videos, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Seun Adewole Studio under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

The Client receives a personal-use licence unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may not:

Sell images or videos
Alter or heavily edit delivered content
Submit content for commercial use without written permission

Our Style:
Please review our portfolio before booking. You’re booking us for our signature style. We only retouch images we believe we can enhance while keeping our artistic integrity.

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to provide high-quality services, the Studio's liability shall be limited to the amount paid under the agreement.

The Studio shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits
Emotional distress
Indirect damages
Third-party claims
Venue-related issues

Technical failures beyond reasonable control

Data Protection and Privacy

The Studio processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Client information will be used solely for business purposes and will not be sold to third parties.

Image Proofs:
Proof of images will be sent to you for you to select what you want Edited.

Revision Policy:
Once your selected images have been edited and delivered, you are allowed one round of correction requests only. We will do our best to accommodate and refine based on your feedback. Any additional revisions beyond this point will not be accepted unless it is within our control or due to an error on our end.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking and submitting payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
