    📍 Travel & Expenses Policy

  • Local Zone: All weddings within a 45-mile radius of YO24 (York) include complimentary travel.

  • Extended Travel: For locations beyond 45 miles, a flat rate of 65p per additional mile applies to cover fuel and travel time.

  • Overnight Stays: If your venue is more than 2 hours away or coverage ends after 10 PM outside the local zone, a basic overnight accommodation fee may apply.


    📍 Booking Deposit & Payment Terms

  • Securing Your Date: A non-refundable booking fee of £200 is required to secure your wedding date in my calendar. No date is held without a deposit and signed contract.

  • Flexible Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is split into two parts:

  • 50% of the remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding day.

  • The final balance due 7 days prior to your wedding day.

  • Payment Methods: Book Online / Bank transfer (BACS)
